Dayakar’s distinguished career is showcased by an impressive record of achievement in building high value mobile, wireless and telecommunications businesses. He was recognized by the US White House as a mobile technology visionary and has been a keynote speaker for numerous industry events.

Apart from his role at Naya Ventures, Dayakar is Executive Chairman at Motivity Labs and at GlobalOutlook. He is also a Board Member at SinglePoint, and Advisory Board Member at Mixaroo, Glympse, Exclaim, nFluence and Tango networks.

Previously, Dayakar owned the P&L for the Hosting & Mobility Solutions business at Microsoft. He was responsible for the incubation, development and management of new mobility solutions. He also led the $350M hosting business encompassing all product development, product management, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Microsoft, as Founder and CEO of JP Mobile, Dayakar pioneered the industry's first mobile software solutions company. He secured $55 million in financing and successfully completed its acquisition by Good Technology, later acquired by Motorola.

Dayakar began his career with Motorola. He owned the P&L for the Paging product, including all aspects of design, development and world-wide customer support. He received the Engineering Excellence Award from management at Nippon Motorola.

Dayakar is an active supporter of entrepreneurs and startups. He has been involved with the Dallas chapter of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE) since 1999 and is currently a charter member. Among other activities, he chaired the wireless/mobility SIG of TiE, and organized a wireless seminar in partnership with Nokia, TI and others. Dayakar is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and earned a master's degree in computer science from Nova University.

Prabhakar Reddy
President and CEO

Prabhakar is a recognized business development executive, with over 20 years of diverse experience in global operations, business development, and Strategy for various organizations, including advisory roles to Fortune 500 Executives on Global Sourcing and Growth/Innovation strategies.

Prabhakar is the President and CEO of Motivity Labs, where is aligns strategic partnerships and business development efforts in addition to providing his financial and strategic acumen. In addition to his role at Motivity, he is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Naya Ventures.

Prior to his current roles, Prabhakar was a Managing Director at ANSR Group, a global sourcing advisory firm with operations in the US and India. Prabhakar has extensive experience in establishing operations for Fortune 500 firms in India and ANSR Group has been instrumental in the creation of over 10,000 jobs in India for their clients. Previously, Prabhakar was also involved as a partner at SunGard, where he was responsible for managing the delivery of technology and strategic business initiatives for Fortune 100 firms.

Prabhakar was one of the founding investors and CIO of Risesmart.com, an innovative Online HR company backed by prominent VC firms in the Bay Area. Prabhakar is an active angel investor and Board Director at GlobalOutlook and Motivity Labs as well as an advisory board member at Fusion Investments and Oyokey.

Prabhakar holds a MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from Andhra University, India.

Chito Manansala
Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Chito is responsible for the Motivity’s product roadmap as well as providing his expertise in mobile, architecture and design to optimize client solutions. He works closely with engineering leaders to develop world class software for the mobile industry.

Chito is a mobile technology and quality management enthusiast after years of experience. He is known for his expertise in setting up large scale global delivery teams, delivering testing advisory services and people leadership skills.

Prior to Motivity Labs, Chito was the Director for Enterprise Mobile Development at Sabre Holdings, one of the biggest travel distribution systems in the world, where he led the development of mobile applications and systems for making travel transactions readily available for leisure and business travelers.

Chito also has designed and developed the Visa Message Gateway – a worldwide network of shops, ATMs, banks and websites that handle 130 million payments a day. He specializes in designing and developing high-transaction, high-speed systems. He is passionate in good and simple design, utilizing methods and tools that best solve a given business problems.

Chito is a graduate of De La Salle University with a BSCS in Computer Science.

Raghu Kumar
Chief Operating Officer

Raghu has more than 15 years of Mobile Industry experience and over 20 years of over-all experience. He is currently Group CEO of GlobalOutlook, Motivity Labs and SinglePoint. He was the Co-Founder and CEO of M2Junction, which was acquired by SinglePoint, Inc. Raghu’s dynamic leadership skills helped in building companies and teams over the long years which led to successful acquisitions. Earlier, Raghu was CEO for the Indian offices of JP Mobile and Good Technology and his last association was with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where he managed the mobile solutions group. He led the successful acquisition of Good Technology by Motorola and transition of teams and products.

Raghu is a graduate of Delhi University and an ex-Captain in the Indian Army. He is associated with philanthropic activities as part of Puskoor Trust and PJR Foundation which provide clean & healthy water and schooling in rural India.

Chris Laux
Executive Vice President Sales - Eastern Region

Chris Laux is responsible for Enterprise Sales at Motivity Labs and is responsible for building, scaling and managing a growing sales organization that is expanding territory and market reach in the Enterprise arena. Chris’s background as a sales professional spans international, domestic, public and private industry experience. Most recently, Chris was Enterprise Solutions Director at iRise, a global visualization software and services firm, that focused helping Global 500 customers reduce cost and accelerate time to market of their critical business initiatives.

Chris's career includes 20 years of IT Software and Solutions selling at companies such as Keane, a Global IT Services and Outsourcing firm, Headstrong Inc. (aka James Martin & Co.), a global business consulting and IT solutions firm, and SunGard Consulting Services where he led the sales efforts within several key industry verticals including Energy and Financial Services. Chris earned a B.S. in Management from The Pennsylvania State University and was an alternate on the United States Olympic Gymnastics Team in 1988. In his free time, Chris enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.

Madhu Sarkar
Executive Vice President Sales – Western Region

As Executive Vice President-Sales, Madhu is responsible for extending the company’s sales reach across SMBs and enterprises and helping build strategic partnerships.

Prior to Motivity Labs, she held senior roles at AT&T, Oracle and Microsoft focused on establishing global programs and developing customer relationships. Madhu has extensive experience in the area of Technology and Strategic Sales with a track record of driving business growth through aggressive sales initiatives and channel partner programs. She has launched multiple programs to drive market penetration, deliver revenue growth and gain market share.

Madhu has over 19 years of experience in technology and product launches and establishing strategic partnerships to generate significant business opportunities in enterprise and startup environments.

Madhu has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Denver and Bachelors in Accounts from Presidency College. She is a certified PMI from Project Management Institute.

Saigeetha Matta
Executive Vice President of Global Delivery

Ms. Saigeetha Matta brings in 17 years of experience as an innovator, a strategist, and an implementer of world class Enterprise Solutions thereby leading many global organizations and their IT Operations successfully.

Prior to Motivity Labs, Saigeetha has been associated with Smith Micro, 3Com, PCTEL and Sprint. At Smith Micro, Saigeetha had an influencing role in the success of their flagship product, QuickLink Mobile.

Saigeetha has vast experience in handling client engagements, managing enterprise level projects, campaigning partner programs, sustaining vendor relationships, in-depth association of end to end software development involving various stakeholders in cross-functional teams across the globe.

Saigeetha is highly capable administrator in implementing innovative ideas for serving Wireless/Broadband and Telecom industry. Saigeetha owes her success to results driven approach with a proven track record of promoting profitability in a highly competitive product and services market.

As a member of the United Nations Women’s Guild in Rome, Italy, Saigeetha helped organize international bazaars and other fund-raising activities. Saigeetha graduates in BS Electronics and is a dual MS degree in Computer Applications and Mathematics from Osmania University, India.

Gowri leads SinglePoint, which provides mobile advertising and mobile marketplace positioning to its customers. He gained valuable experience in his previous role at SinglePoint as its Sr. VP Sales and Business Development at SinglePoint.

Previously, as a founding member of the Sprint PCS launch team, Gowri led the creation of the first nationwide telesales and e-commerce distribution channels in the wireless industry laying the foundation for Sprint PCS's industry-leading enterprise sales strategy. Gowri has an MBA from the University of Missouri and a BS degree in accounting from the University of Madras.

Amajit Gupta
Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing at ACME Telepower Ltd.

Amajit is an IT & telecom industry professional with 20 years professional work experience in technology industry. Currently, Amajit is serving as the Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing at ACME Telepower Ltd. He is an India-based Advisor for the Naya Ventures portfolio companies and is responsible for business development and strategy.

Previously, he was the Director and Country Manager heading Microsoft Communication and Media Sector business in India. He earned his undergraduate engineering degree from REC Nagpur and also studied in XLRI India /Cornell University.
